Rates and descriptions

Rates: Our rates vary depending on number of guests and length of stay. The rates below are based on a two-night minimum reservations for double occupancy and include all taxes, deluxe breakfast daily for two, private bathroom and, private off-street parking. Cancellation & Reservation Policies:

A deposit equal to ‘one night’ or 25% of the total bill, whichever is greater, is required to confirm all reservations
For cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the intended arrival date, 75% of the deposit will be refunded
For cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the intended arrival date, deposits are non-refundable
Guests are responsible for all the dates reserved for them regardless of late arrivals or early departures
The cancellation policy comes into effect once a deposit is processed

La Tanya – 115$ CAD In Eastern tongues the name implies royalty, and this master-suite with 2 double beds, walk-in cedar closet and, ensuite bathroom is great for 2, 3, or 4 guests. There`s also room for a 5th on our luxury cot.

La Christina – 100$ CAD (85$ single occ.) The Antique cast-iron double bed and direct access to the private screened veranda lend a romantic air to this smaller but very comfortable room. Plush terri-cloth robes are provided to move to and from Christina’s large private bath. Although not ensuite, this bathroom is larger than Tanya`s and is equipped with a hydro-massage tub.
